In familiar surroundings of your home, we work together to open areas of tension and explore your body movement, tailoring a practice best suited to your individual needs.
Whether you are a complete beginner, or looking to deepen an existing practice, all private sessions are centered you – pranayama, meditation and asana are combined to gradually loosen tension in your body and mind; building flexibility and strength in your life.
Each session works towards feelings of being grounded, recharged and balanced.
