My yoga class philosophy works off the same principles.
Practices are centred around gradually loosening of tightness through building strength and improved mobility, in both body and mind, leaving you feeling recharged, rebalanced and reconnected.
I encourage you to focus on your own practice, no one else’s, and approach your mat with an open-mind, self-awareness and a smile!
